These terms cover this website and registration for the Next Generation Doctors event, organised by Saleem on 14 August 2026 at Dijla Village, Baghdad, 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Registering means you accept them.

Registering is a request, not a seat

Places are limited and reserved for qualified, licensed physicians. Submitting the form files an application; it does not confirm attendance. Our team reviews every application and contacts each physician to confirm their place and share the final details. Until you hear from us, you do not have a place.

We may decline an application, and we do not have to explain why. In practice the reasons are capacity and whether the event is right for the applicant.

What you tell us has to be true

Register for yourself, with your own contact details, and give an accurate specialty and workplace. We use these to confirm you are a physician and to reach you on the day. An application we cannot verify will not be confirmed, and a place obtained on false details can be withdrawn at the door.

If the event changes

We may change the programme, the speakers, the timings or the venue. If the date or the venue changes, or the event is cancelled, everyone who has been confirmed is told by email and by phone.

Attendance is free, so there is nothing to refund. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation or time you commit in anticipation of the event.

On the day

Your confirmation is personal to you and cannot be passed to a colleague. Please behave professionally towards other attendees, the speakers and the venue's staff; we may ask anyone who does not to leave.

We expect to photograph and film the event for Saleem's own use. If you would rather not appear, tell a member of the team on the day and we will keep you out of shot.

The sessions are not medical advice

The talks and workshops cover practice management, technology and professional development. Nothing said at the event, or on this website, is clinical, legal, financial or regulatory advice, and none of it replaces your own professional judgement or your obligations to your patients and your regulator. Any tool demonstrated on the day is demonstrated, not endorsed, and you remain responsible for what you use in your own practice.
